We officially started up again on Thursday (yesterday) and the attendance was good. There was a bus strike so a couple of players could not make it down and let us know. We have some new players one from Ireland who played semi pro the other from Brussels in Belgium who is professional plater at White Star, alongside the other attendees and hoping to forward the right participants on to clubs. We are training this year Tuesday’s and Thursday’s at the usual time 1 – 3pm at the Roehampton playing fields. All in all the start to the new season has been very encouraging.
The coach was very happy with the attendance everyone said they really enjoyed it. The feedback was from the attendees about the start to the new season and all being good we will be back on Tuesday weather permitting.
